With 75 kindergartens and early learning services across Melbourne,our team of 1100 dedicated people work together to create safe, joyful, and enriching experiences for 7,500 children every week. For us, it’s more thanjust early learning, it’s about building meaningful connections, supportinggrowth, and being part of something that makes a real difference in the livesof children, families, and our communities.

We are currently seeking passionate Bachelor-qualified,Diploma, and Certificate III Educators to join our sessional kindergarten teamsacross Melbourne's South-East, including services in and around Clyde, CarrumDowns, Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Berwick. With a range of permanentpart-time opportunities available, this is an exciting time to join ECMS as wecontinue to expand and prepare to welcome current kindergarten services in 2027.
