About you

At least 12 months of commercial oyster opening (processor, wholesaler, fish market, oyster bar or similar) that we can verify with a referee

Consistent speed and a clean, safe knife technique





Good working knowledge of food safety and hygiene in a seafood or food handling workplace

Reliability: you turn up ready to go at 4:30am, every rostered shift

Comfortable with the physical demands of the job: standing for the shift, repetitive hand and wrist work, and a cold, wet processing environment

The right to work in Australia

Bonus, not essential: experience with other seafood preparation, or a forklift licence
