An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime chance? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Guest Service Agent to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a customer focused and experienced guest service agent to welcome our guests and be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you undertake all guest service agent/front office duties in an efficient and friendly manner and taking ownership of creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort. Key Duties
- Act as an ambassador of the Resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all points in the guests journey.
- Processing all check in and check out.
- Process hotel charges to guests' accounts, ensuring bills are accurate and that payments are processed correctly and securely
