Element Queensland is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated Water Truck Operator / Landscape All-Rounder (soft landscaping) to join our Parks & Gardens team.
This is not solely a driving role. We are seeking someone who is willing to step out of the truck and actively contribute to hands-on soft landscaping and general site support duties when and if required.

Landscape Water Truck Operator / Soft Landscaping
The Role Includes:
- Hands on landscaping, including but not limited to
- Assisting with planting, mulching, and garden establishment
- Supporting tree maintenance and general landscaping tasks
- Operating a water truck for park and landscape works
- Watering newly installed landscapes and turf areas
- Truck driving and Machine operations
- Working within road medians, parks,
and public spaces
- Adhering to all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- HR licence minimum
- Experience operating water trucks
- Standpipe tickets
- Landscape, civil or parks maintenance experience (advantageous)
- White Card
- Traffic Control tickets (desirable but not essential)
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bobcat & excavator experience advantageous
