Native English Teachers Wanted – Winter Global English Family Camp in Bali

Study Bali International is looking for enthusiastic Native Speaker English Instructors to join our Winter Global English Family Camp at our ESL Learning Resort in Jimbaran, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver an immersive English experience for young learners and families from around the world.

Program & Dates

- Mandatory Training: 7th & 8th January 2027

- Teaching Period: 11th January – 5th February 2027 (4 weeks)

Core Duties

- Classroom Teaching: Deliver engaging, student-centred English lessons to international students aged 4–15 (Monday – Friday).

- STEAM & Projects: Lead hands-on STEAM activities and interactive group projects that blend language learning with creativity.

- Excursions: Support outdoor camp activities, cultural excursions, and student events.

- Work closely with a large international team teaching students from Korea, Japan, China, Russia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and Europe.

Requirements

- Contract: 4-week camp contract (plus 2 days mandatory training).

- Nationality: Native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

- Certification: In-centre CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, or accredited 120-hour TEFL certificate.

- Experience: Teaching young learners and teenagers (ages 4–15)



or leading youth camp/project-based programs.

- Clearance: Clean police background check from country of origin or residence.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for instructors who bring high energy, patience, and an easy-going nature to a vibrant camp setting. You should be able to:

- Inspire young learners and maintain great classroom management with mixed nationalities.

- Bring creativity and adaptability to project-based lessons and group dynamics.

- Work seamlessly with international colleagues and academic management.

Salary & Perks Package

- Stipend: IDR 6,250,000 per week ( IDR 25,000,000 total for the 4-week program)

- Accommodation: Free accommodation provided for the duration of the contract

- Meals: Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided (Monday – Friday)

- Visa: Work visa fully covered and processed by SBI

- Note: Flights are not included
