Warehouse Storepersons, Pick/Packers & Forklift Drivers Wanted

Soulfresh is seeking experienced and reliable Pickers & Packers, General Warehouse Storepersons and Forklift Drivers to join our team on a full-time or casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced transport and logistics environment based in Laverton North, VIC 3026. You will be integral to our warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed and dispatched to meet customer demands. This role offers flexibility and the chance to develop your skills in a agile team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves and storage areas according to order specifications and picking lists
- Prepare products for shipment by packing them securely and efficiently into appropriate packaging materials
- Apply correct labelling, barcoding and documentation to all packed items to ensure traceability and compliance
- Operate forklifts safely and professionally to move, stack and organise stock within the warehouse
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records to support warehouse management systems
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring items are arranged efficiently and securely
- Communicate effectively with warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all company procedures, quality standards and safety regulations to minimise errors and accidents

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in warehousing, picking, packing or storeperson roles within manufacturing or logistics environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow picking and packing instructions
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items and work in a standing position for extended periods
- Reliability and punctuality,



with the flexibility to work casually in a national distribution environment
- Sound understanding of health and safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet order deadlines and targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (desirable but not essential)
