Mercy Health Australia is seeking an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) for a 12-week community-based Transitional Aged Care Program in Albury. You will deliver practical support in patients' homes under RN supervision, focusing on personal care, domestic assistance and transport, with a multidisciplinary team for protected, confident living at home.

Nursing students and novice AINs are encouraged to apply. Fixed-term part-time role, 72 hours per fortnight, day shifts with some weekend work; full training
