Estia Health is seeking a fixed-term parental leave replacement to deliver seamless recruitment, onboarding, and cross-boarding while supporting employment compliance and HR administration.

You will support the People and Culture, Payroll, and Operations teams, prepare offers and contracts, coordinate recent starter checks, and maintain personnel records in line with HR requirements. Collaboration with Managers and the Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise is essential.
