The patient base is mostly professionals who live or work near the city, and the demand is already there for the sessions you take on.

- 70% of billings in a private billing clinic, with under 5s bulk billed
- $250 per hour guarantee for the first 3 months
- Current GPs booked out a week ahead, so your sessions fill from existing demand
- Room to build a special interest: skin checks and procedures, women's and men's health, ADHD, lifestyle medicine
- Full nursing support, an experienced practice manager and Best Practice software
- Pathology collection, physiotherapy, mental health clinicians and visiting specialists on site
- Start on 2 to 3 days a week and add sessions as you build
