The Role

As our Parts Person, you'll play a key role in keeping repairs moving efficiently by ensuring the right parts are received, managed, and delivered to our repair team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and manage parts requirements for repair jobs
- Receive, unpack, inspect,



and verify incoming parts deliveries
- Distribute parts to technicians and repair staff
- Manage back orders, awaiting parts, and supplier credits
- Maintain accurate inventory and system records
- Keep workshop parts operations running smoothly and efficiently

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about the automotive industry.

You'll Bring

- Strong knowledge of vehicles and automotive parts
- Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role
- Intermediate computer and systems skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Full Australian working rights
