An established automotive services organisation is seeking experienced Automotive Glaziers to join its growing operations across Melbourne.

There are currently two opportunities available in Melbourne and one in Sydney for experienced technicians who can work independently, deliver high-quality workmanship and provide professional service to customers.

The Role

The Automotive Glazier will be responsible for the professional removal, installation and repair of automotive glass across a variety of vehicles.

- Windscreen removal, replacement and repair
- Installation and replacement of side and rear vehicle glass
- Managing allocated jobs from commencement through to completion
- Ensuring the correct tools, glass and materials are available for each job
- Identifying and resolving fitting or service issues
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and vehicle care
- Completing job documentation accurately and on time
- Communicating professionally with customers and internal teams
- Working both autonomously and as part of a wider technical team
- Assisting other technicians where required
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment to a high standard

The organisation operates to strong productivity and quality standards, with technicians expected to deliver efficient service while maintaining very low warranty and rework levels.

The Successful Candidate

Applicants should have solid hands-on experience within the automotive glazing industry and be confident completing vehicle glass replacement and repair work without constant supervision.

- Previous experience as an Automotive Glazier / Windscreen Fitter
- Strong automotive glass fitting and removal skills




- Experience across a broad range of vehicle makes and models
- Good practical problem-solving ability
- Strong time-management skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- A skilled and reliable approach
- Current driver's licence, preferably with the ability to drive manual vehicles
- Certificate III in Automotive Glazing or equivalent is preferred, but substantial industry experience will also be considered

Salary ranges: 80K to 100K + super + vehicle
