About the role.

As Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of daily schedules of the kitchen along with the financial management of the production kitchen labour costs
Reporting into the Operations Manager you will also be heavily involved in menu development This is a seriously exciting role at a time of significant growth offering work life balance. Personality will play a huge part of the role, they currently have a great work culture and they will look for some who will maintain this.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for a robust kitchen leader at a Sous or Senior Sous level someone with a strong background within catering and comfortable delivering at scale. Someone who enjoys contributing to business plans / ideas to assist in the continued growth of the business. A natural leader who can bring a team together and is not afraid of producing numbers.
