How you will be supported:

For all staff, there is a structured induction program so you feel fully settled in your new role with a very gradual increase in clients. Supervision is weekly or fortnightly (depending on your experience) with a Senior Occupational Therapist. The company holds in-services throughout the calendar year and has famous external speakers discussing different topics.

If you are a New Graduate interested in this role, the company has a structured Current Graduate program that is industry-leading!

What you will be doing:

- Working environments include: clinic-based, school-based or a mix of the two depending on your preference!
- Services include: social skills,



fine and gross motor skills, handwriting, self-care plus much more!
- With therapy in schools, you will be based in the school for the whole day therefore reducing travel and building long-lasting relationships
- School-based therapy can include group sessions, 1:1 therapy, teacher education and more
- Opportunities to engage in school holiday programs and telehealth

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
