Role Description

As a Dermal Therapist at Fayshell, you will provide customized skin consultations, assess individual skin concerns, and recommend treatment plans aligned with our personalized care approach. You will perform a range of facial treatments and advanced skincare procedures, using professional-grade products and technologies to deliver effective, client-focused results. Day-to-day responsibilities include educating clients on at-home skincare routines, maintaining accurate treatment records, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety in all procedures. You will collaborate closely with the team to refine treatment offerings, contribute to a welcoming clinic environment,



and support client retention through exceptional service. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area.

Qualifications

- Formal qualification in beauty therapy, dermal therapy, or a related field, with strong knowledge of skin anatomy and common skin conditions.
- Hands-on experience performing facials, exfoliation treatments, extractions, and other dermal procedures in a clinic or spa setting.
- Ability to conduct thorough skin consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and recommend appropriate skincare products.
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and commitment to inclusive, non-judgmental care.
- Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards, treatment documentation, and compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Comfort with using clinic technology and booking systems, and willingness to support client follow-ups and retention initiatives.
- Demonstrated reliability, time management, and ability to work collaboratively within a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including potential evenings or weekends based on clinic needs; previous experience in a facial clinic or medi-spa is highly regarded.
