The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a Youth Justice Worker to engage with young people during night shifts, often via their intercom. You will speak directly to youths with care and compassion while enforcing firm boundaries.

You will also be required to pass a pre-service health and fitness assessment and conduct regular wellbeing checks of young people.
