Hinchen Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Project Manager for Major Concrete Operations on the Sunshine Coast, near Cooroy. You will lead onsite concrete operations, manage plant performance, budgets and multi-site expansion, while delivering projects to demanding schedules.
You will oversee a team of four direct reports and 10–15 drivers, working with engineers, suppliers and contractors to ensure safety and reliability. A hands-on, field-focused leader is essential.
