Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, you will be instrumental in overseeing core financial operations, driving reporting excellence, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for a finance professional seeking to broaden their impact across fund management, investor relations, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual fund reporting cycles with precision and insight.
- Manage the end-to-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
- Oversee treasury, tax compliance, and month-end close procedures across multiple fund entities.
- Calculate and review quarterly distributions from sub-trusts and dividends to head trusts and investors.
- Prepare and review investor reporting,



including quarterly distribution and monthly statements.
- Maintain strong relationships with external investors and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure completeness of asset-level reporting.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support internal decision-making and external client needs.
- Partner with the Associate Director on strategic financial projects and performance reviews.
- Continuously assess and enhance reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and clarity.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CA or CPA accreditation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property or fund accounting, ideally within a public practice or investment setting.
- Strong technical accounting expertise, with a focus on compliance and reporting accuracy.
- Proven ability to streamline processes and implement reporting improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with complex financial models.
