The role
You will combine technical accounting and tax work with client advisory, team development and coordination across jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, BAS/IAS, FBT and payroll tax returns
- Deliver tax planning and business advice using financial and non-financial performance information
- Build client relationships through responsive service and quality delivery
- Identify additional client needs and opportunities to introduce the firm’s services
- Train and mentor team members to develop their technical knowledge
- Coordinate teams across jurisdictions and collaborate with other specialists
About you
- Strong Business Services experience, technical knowledge and analytical skills
- An accounting or related degree and completed CA qualification
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Transparent communication and proficiency in APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
