Anila Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation to recruit a permanent part-time OSHC Educator for their established service in Seven Hills.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll play an important role in creating a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for school-aged children. You'll contribute to daily programs, build positive relationships with children and families, and support children's wellbeing and development.
The role offers consistent 15 hours across 5 days per week, working the afternoon shift from 2:30pm to 6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and engage with children in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities based on children's interests and voices
- Support daily routines, transitions and program delivery
- Build positive relationships with children, families, educators and the wider school community
- Support children's wellbeing, development and sense of belonging
- Contribute to observations, programming and documentation
- Maintain a secure,



clean and welcoming environment
- Follow relevant child safety, compliance and organisational procedures
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the OSHC program

What You'll Need (Essential)

- Previous experience either working with school-aged children in OSHC
- Industry relevant Certificate or 0-5 in an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of children's wellbeing, inclusion and positive behaviour guidance
- Knowledge of My Time, Our Place is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- A genuine interest in supporting and engaging school-aged children
