You’ll provide clinical guidance, psychological assessments, and incident‑response support while contributing to proactive mental health initiatives across a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support training and prevention strategies within evidence‑based practice across a multidisciplinary wellbeing team.
- Provide Psychological First Aid and support following critical or traumatic incidents.
- Deliver confidential, evidence‑based psychological assessment, intervention and referral pathways for members.
- Partner with Peer Support Officers and leaders to manage wellbeing, stress and mental health concerns.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to early‑risk identification and proactive mental health programs.

- Salary (experience dependent): $133,000 - 154,000 package

About you:

- Minimum four-year accredited sequence of study (postgraduate degree) in Psychology.
- Hold or close to obtaining your general Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- A current Driver Licence and the willingness and ability to travel.
- Be confident to present in person to support education and injury prevention training.
