We are representing a highly regarded Not-for-Profit provider for their beautiful Early Years service. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation recognised for its community-driven values and genuine commitment to staff wellbeing. While it operates under a long day care model, it caters exclusively to 3–5-year-olds, creating a focused, school-readiness driven environment with a strong educational lens.

We are supporting the recruitment of an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) for this new Early Years service, located near Parramatta. This role offers the opportunity to lead the educational program, mentor educators, and help establish high-quality practice from day one.

Key Perks and Finer Details

- $45–$55 per hour + super
- Part-time, Monday to Wednesday (22.5 hours per week)
- Service catering exclusively to 3–5-year-olds

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the educational program in alignment with EYLF, NQS and the service philosophy
- Design and implement high-quality, play-based and inquiry-led curriculum




- Oversee assessment and documentation of children’s learning
- Support and mentor educators to build capability and consistency in practice
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements
- Contribute to establishing a positive team culture in a brand-new service

What You’ll Need

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current NESA accreditation
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Minimum 1+ year experience working as an ECT
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning, critical reflection and assessment cycles
- Confidence leading educational practice and guiding a team
