Ready to step out of a full Property Management portfolio and into genuine leadership?

We're partnering with one of Melbourne's most highly regarded real estate groups to appoint a Property Management Team Leader in Stonnington.

You'll lead and develop a small team of Property Managers while personally managing only 40–50 properties, giving you the capacity to actually focus on your people.

The business is looking to appoint before the end of November for a proper handover, so we're keen to speak with existing Team Leaders and solid Senior PMs ready for their next step.

The Opportunity

- Join one of Victoria's leading real estate brands and lead and develop a team of 4 Property Managers
- Small personal portfolio of only 40–50 properties
- 1 day WFH
- Minimal weekend requirements
- Strong administrative support, systems and processes
- Work closely with the Head of Department and senior leadership
- Salary package of up to $120K + bonus | $130K–$140K OTE
- Genuine pathway beyond portfolio management
- November commencement / handover preferred

The Role

Your focus will be on getting the best out of your team — coaching and supporting your PMs, conducting one-on-ones, assisting with escalations and maintaining strong service standards.

Importantly, this isn't a Team Leader title attached to a full portfolio.



Your own portfolio is intentionally kept at around 40–50 properties so you have the capacity to properly lead.

About You

This opportunity would suit either an experienced Property Management Team Leader or a high-performing Senior Property Manager with proven mentoring and leadership experience ready to take the next step.

You'll ideally bring:

- Strong residential Property Management experience
- Leadership, mentoring or senior-level experience
- Strong technical PM knowledge
- Confidence handling escalations and difficult situations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in developing people
- Victorian real estate credentials and driver's licence
