Telum is seeking a Production Supervisor for a busy precast concrete facility in Dandenong South. You will lead a small team of 3–6 staff, supervise daily precast production, ensure safety, quality, and on-time scheduling, and drive continuous improvement.
The role is hands-on, with responsibilities across production, safety, and quality. Previous precast leadership or Leading Hand experience is highly valued, with a explicit path to a Supervisor position.
