We are expanding and adding two recent physios
- Do you feel like you want a change from physio, not seeing the same things day after day?
- Are you a clinician who wants a caseload of runners and lower limb injuries — not a churn of lower backs?
- Did you get into physio because you loved sport and being active yourself, and you want a job that actually reflects that?
- Is your true passion in physio is lower limb biomechanics, musculoskeletal and running injuries?
- A long term permanent role and intrigued with the opportunity to be a part owner?
The Caseload
How would a caseload that is 80% filled up with plantar heel pain, Achilles tendinopathy, patellofemoral pain, Shin Pain, Sever’s, ITB Syndrome, knee OA, gluteal tendinopathy and GTPS, proximal hamstring tendinopathy, calf and hamstring strains, bone stress injuries, ankle sprains and syndesmosis injuries, and return-to-run and return-to-sport rehabilitation sound like to you?
This is the work — load management, exercise prescription, strength and conditioning, running gait retraining, and getting people back to the thing they love.
The reason you want to be in private practice is simple: you want a caseload you genuinely love seeing, you want to be paid well for it, you want teammates who back you, and you want flexible hours that fit your life.
You'll be joining a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team who love being around each other. We have new grads and early-career practitioners who are excelling, supported by a culture where the whole team helps each other grow. Whether you have one year under your belt or several, you'll be brought along the same way.
The reason you may want to work in private practice is because you wish to have a patient caseload you love seeing, you want to be paid well ($100K+), have awesome team-mates and flexible working hours.
You’ll be joining a tight knit team of 15 who love being around each. We currently have new team members who are excelling. They are being supported by ‘our village’ where all team members support them to transition to the new working environment. Whether you are a new grad or have a couple of years of experience you will be exactly the same.
About You
Are you a motivated physio who wants to sharpen your running and lower limb MSK skills — skills that maybe haven't had the runway to develop because of the caseloads you've been stuck with?
Did you become a physio because you loved sport and being active yourself, and you want to spend your days with patients who are chasing the same things?
Do you have a genuine thirst to develop your clinical knowledge and deliver outcomes that go above and beyond?
Are you a fun, personable, outgoing practitioner who wants to join a vibrant, supportive team that strives for the best patient care — and has a lot of fun doing it?
Maybe your career so far hasn't tracked the way you wanted, but you know there's a better opportunity waiting. This is it.
We hire on ATTITUDE and DESIRE. The clinical skills, we can teach.
