The opportunity:
The Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the safe, compliant and productive receipt, storage, picking, despatch and delivery of Symbion products to hospitals and pharmacies across Western Australia.

What you will do:

- Safety, environmental, and community protection.
- Product availability and inventory accuracy, including minimising picking errors.
- Achievement of on-time delivery targets.
- Cost management, including productivity, freight, and operational efficiencies.
- Development of a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Support the implementation of competitive systems and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement through standardised procedures and work practices.
- Demonstrate and promote an understanding of Lean Management principles.
- Maintain and support 5S workplace organisation standards within assigned operational areas.
- Effective utilisation of the MANGO Quality Management System (QMS).
- Effective utilisation of the MANGO Work Health and Safety (WHS) System.
- Effective utilisation of the SINE system, SHIRE and Infolink where relevant to role responsibilities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across operational teams and support functions.




- Proven ability to collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to achieve customer service, safety, quality, compliance, people and financial objectives.
- A strong understanding of workplace safety, quality and compliance requirements within an operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture aligned with organisational goals.
- A values-led approach to leadership, with the ability to actively promote and role model the EBOS Group Vision, Values and Purpose.
