About the Role:
As a Seamstress/Uniform Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel’s uniform operations. From coordinating stock and issuing and repairing uniforms, you’ll ensure that our team looks professional and ready to provide exceptional service every day.

Your Responsibilities:

- Manage the issuing of colleague uniforms
- Coordinate uniforms fittings and conduct basic garment repairs
- Perform alterations, repairs, and fit adjustments
- Execute a variety of garment modifications including hem adjustments
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections on a regular basis
- Ensure all alterations and repairs meet company standards
- Maintain records of uniform sizes to ensure we have adequate stock
- Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized uniform room
- Assist with general housekeeping admin tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience as a laundry or seamstress/uniform attendant
- High level of sewing skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
- High level of reliability and professionalism
- Physically able to lift and sort uniforms as required
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
