Salary: $28.72 per hour (Level 1.1 VOTTEA Award)
Position: Part-time position - working 18.75 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Hours: 8:30am - 2:45pm

One Tree Community Services – Puckapunyal Kindergarten
Located in amongst the trees on the army base in Puckapunyal, near Seymour in Regional Victoria. Working at One Tree Defence Unit Puckapunyal gives you the opportunity to work with children and families from across Australia.

We are seeking a certificate lll Educator to join our team in Puckapunyal, Victoria. This role will support the 3 and 4 year old sessional Kindergarten, and is a great prospect for someone to who wants to take their professional childcare career to the next level.

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate lll in Early Childhood Education & Care or Diploma (ACECQA recognised)
- Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- A friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in kinder or long day care is an advantage (but not essential)

Responsibilities: As a Certificate III Educator, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building Relationships: Demonstrate an ability to develop strong and positive relationships with both children and their families.
- Cultural Competence: Work effectively with people and families from diverse backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere within the kindergarten.




- Team Collaboration: Exhibit the capability to work harmoniously in a team environment, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among colleagues.
- Child-Centric Approach: Provide warm and positive interactions with children, supporting their learning and development within the kindergarten environment.
