Sales Staff – Taren Point

BC Sands is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Sales Staff member to join our Taren Point branch.

This is a hands-on role involving customer service, order processing, quoting, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy branch. It would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team.

BC Sands has been supplying building and landscaping materials across Sydney for more than 40 years. We are a family-owned business known for reliable service, a strong team culture, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing quotes and estimates across a wide range of products

- Taking and processing customer orders over the phone and face-to-face

- Managing multiple customer enquiries and requests at the same time

- Building product knowledge through hands-on, on-the-job training

- Liaising with internal teams to support smooth daily operations

- Assisting with general administration and counter duties

What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, practical environment

- Confident communicating with a wide range of customers, including trade clients





- Organised and able to prioritise competing tasks

- Willing to learn technical products and systems quickly

- Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player

- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

- Experience with Pronto is advantageous but not essential

- Available to work across any day as required
