Key Responsibilities

- Followpatientdietaryrequirementsandmealspecificationsaccurately
- Coordinatefoodpreparationforbreakfast,lunch,anddinnerservices
- Maintainconsistentstandardsforfoodquality,presentation,andportioncontrol
- Applyfoodsafety,hygiene,infectioncontrol,andworkplacesafetyprocedures
- Completekitchendutiesefficientlywithinscheduledmealservicetimes
- Assistwithfoodstorage,stockrotation,andkitchenorganisation
- Maintainaclean,hygienic,andorderlycommercialkitchen
- Workcooperativelywithcateringandsupportstaff
- Respondprofessionallytochangingservicerequirementsandpatientneeds
- Contributetoapositivediningandmealexperienceforpatients

Requirements & Eligibility

- DemonstratedexperienceasaCookincommercialcatering,hospitality,healthcare,agedcare,orasimilarkitchenenvironment
- Practicalunderstandingoffoodpreparation,cookingtechniques,andkitchenoperations




- Knowledgeoffoodsafety,hygiene,andsafefoodhandlingpractices
- Relevantfoodhandlingorfoodsafetycertification
- Abilitytoworkaccuratelyandefficientlyinahigh-volumekitchen
- Strongcommunicationandteamworkcapabilities
- Abilitytofollowrecipes,procedures,dietaryinstructions,andserviceschedules
- Availabilityforrotatingshifts,includingweekendsandpublicholidays
