Join us as a Manager, Sustainable Service Providers & Operations, where you’ll build Rest's climate-first sustainable procurement approach for its service provider management. This is your opportunity to make a real contribution to the financial wellbeing of millions of Australians.

Supporting the climate-related financial disclosures project and working closely with finance and investments,



the role aims to assess and formalise Rest's management of climate-related risks and determine materiality in the context of Rest's workplace.

- Develop and implement a climate-first sustainability approach for Rest's vendors, including methodologies to identify, assess, monitor and manage climate-related risks and opportunities including modern slavery risks
- Integrate climate change considerations into procurement and vendor management processes, including partnering with service provider managers to support them with due diligence, onboarding, contract requirements, and ongoing service provider management
- Work closely with Finance to lead the measurement, management and reporting of workplace greenhouse gas emissions, particularly scope 3 service provider emissions management
- Report into and contribute to the deliverables of the climate-related disclosure project
