Oaks Brisbane Woolloongabba Suites are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Officer / Public Area Attendant to join our Maintenance department on a Full Time basis.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, functionality, and safety of all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Undertake general property repairs and maintenance as required.
- Assist in the execution of the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors as required.
- Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules.
- Support the Maintenance Manager in managing contractor works and maintenance projects.
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Full time position
- Monday to Friday roster (some weekend work may be required)
- Afterhours callouts may be required on an ad hoc basis
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $34.38 per hour
Saturday: $ 34.96 per hour
Sunday: $ 41.96 per hour
