We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our team as a Residential Property Manager.
Previous property management experience is welcome but not essential. This opportunity may suit someone already working in real estate or a motivated individual looking to begin a rewarding career in property management. Full training and support will be provided.
The role includes:
- Managing residential properties
- Communicating with rental providers and renters
- Conducting property inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Preparing leases and other documentation
- Managing rent reviews, renewals and arrears
- Assisting with new business and portfolio growth
About you:
- Friendly, professional and confident
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- A clear and effective communicator
- Comfortable working in a busy team environment
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Hold a current driver’s licence
A Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice would be an advantage; however, we can assist the right applicant with the required training.
