Experienced Bartenders required at Melbourne Racing Club

Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) operates Caulfield Racecourse which hosts some of the world’s premier races including 11 Group 1s throughout the season, with 5 majors during the Carlton Draught Caulfield Cup Carnival alone.

We’re looking for some excellent Corporate Bartenders to assist at Caulfield Cup Carnival 2026, on the 10th and 17th October.

DUTIES

- Work in a corporate bar
- Prepare mixed drinks and basic cocktails
- Restock bars
- Cash handling and POS use
- Fantastic presentation and customer service
