Nando's is seeking a Head of Design to lead restaurant design across Australia and New Zealand. This 12-month parental leave cover reports to the Chief Development Officer and will oversee recent builds, refurbishments and concept development, balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.
You will manage external architects, collaborate with Development, Construction, Operations and Global Design teams, and drive innovative restaurant formats across ANZ. Hybrid work is available.
