Anderson Neurological and Developmental Services is seeking a caring and motivated Counsellor or Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Western Australia!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals with neurological, developmental and other disabilities, supporting their wellbeing, participation and personal goals.

You will work directly with clients and collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals to:

- Provide counselling and rehabilitation-focused support.
- Understand individual needs, strengths, goals and challenges.
- Assist clients to develop strategies that support independence and participation.
- Support personal, social, educational and vocational goals.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to collaborative planning within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain appropriate client records and documentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A tertiary qualification in Counselling,



Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Experience working with people with disability and/or complex support needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to skilled growth and development.
- The ability to drive an automatic vehicle.

Starting salary: $80,000 - $110,000 AUD
