The Role:

- Manage compliance requirements across 10 Lead Agents
n
- Prepare and manage Agency Agreements, AMLs, Contracts for Sale and CMAs
n
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
n
- Monitor outstanding documentation and proactively follow up with agents
n
- Maintain organised sales files and records
n
- Provide administrative and compliance support to the sales team
n
- Liaise with agents, vendors, solicitors and other stakeholders
n
- Identify and resolve documentation or compliance issues promptly
n
