A rareSenior Associate roleis now on offer for a provenCommercial Lawyer to work on broad range ofcomplex corporate & commercial mattersoften requiring aninnovative mindsetto deliver the solutions to achieve clients' desired outcomes. The clients here include investors/entrepreneurs/financiers, SME's and family-owned businesses, in addition to larger corporates.

Fundamentally this role will involve providing timely,



commercially astute and strategic advice and mentoring ona good mix of commercial advisory related matters eg.:-

- Business/Asset & share sales and acquisitions
- Corporate restructures
- Joint ventures/Investment agreements
- Complex Unitholder and shareholder agreements
- Contractual agreements & terms of trade;
- Intellectual Property
- Corporate governance
- Privacy compliance matters
- Contractual agreements;

Desired candidates

- Our client is looking for aSenior Associate level Lawyerwho iscommercially astute, articulate and has agood sense of humourwithoutstanding technical skills;
