The Role

- Manage a 150-property residential portfolio
n
- Build and maintain strong landlord & tenant relationships
n
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears & renewals
n
- Liaise with owners, tenants & contractors
n
- Work alongside APM and Leasing support
n
- Drive portfolio retention and service
n

About You

n

n
- Experienced Property Manager
n
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
n
- Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
n
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
n
- Organised, proactive and professional
n
