HR Generalist / Advisor | Brisbane CBD | Option to Work from Home Permanent Full-time role The Opportunity

An opportunity for a hands-on HR Generalist to join a well-supported, centralised HR team supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses! You will work across multiple businesses, partnering with CEOs, GMs and senior leaders across a broad range of HR matters. With organisational transformation underway, this role offers exposure to ER, restructures, consultation and change initiatives, exiting HR projects, alongside daily HR activities.

Your Role Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice, coaching and support. Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievances.

Be involved in HR projects(e.g AI) , process improvements and people initiatives. Provide guidance on Australian employment legislation and HR policies.



Leverage HR systems, technology and AI to improve HR delivery.

About You Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.

Confident partnering with leaders across a range of HR matters. Solid communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills. Why
