About the Role

We’re looking for someone that really cares about natural medicineand wants to promote complimentary products to help with consumers wellbeing.You need to be self-driven and entrepreneurial, someone who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and identifying new opportunities. You’ll take charge of an established territory with robust existing relationships, while also expanding and growing the customer base.

Territory coverage includes:

South West Victoria including Apollo Bay, Ballarat, Castlemaine, Deer Park, Swan Hill, Geelong, Hoppers Crossing, Melton, Nhill, and Yarraville.

This role involves regional travel, including occasional overnight stays. Living within the territory is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Focus on building relationships with key customers, ensuring they are educated and engaged.
- Manage your territory budget and meeting key store objectives.
- Expand product distribution and enhance in-store visibility.
- Execute and ensure compliance of marketing and promotional activations.
- Provide product knowledge and category insights to support retailer success and profitability.
- Deliver trade promotions aligned with state and national sales strategies.
- Take ownership of your targets and contribute to team success.
- Continuously develop your skills and prepare for future career progression within M&P;

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in FMCG or OTC sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Relevant sales training or accreditation (desirable).
