Key Responsibilities
- Takeoverallresponsibilityforproductionperformanceacrosstheoperation
- Managethecompletesolarsaltproductioncyclefromseawaterintaketofinishedstockpile
- Overseepumping,evaporation,crystallisation,harvesting,washingandstackingactivities
- Leadanddevelopateamofapproximately10+productionemployees
- Buildaflexibleandmulti-skilledfrontlineworkforce
- Monitorproductionoutput,inventoryandcost-per-tonneperformance
- Maintainstrongcommercialcontroloverproductionactivities
- Planoperationsaroundseasonalconditionsandchangingweatherpatterns
- Identifyoperationalrisksandmaketimelydecisionsduringhigh-impactevents
- Ensureproductionoutputconsistentlymeetsrequiredqualitystandards
- Investigateandresolvetechnical,processandproductionissues

Requirements & Eligibility
