Medical Receptionist - Specialist Rooms (exceptional fast paced admin superstar)

We are seeking a motivated, fast pacedMedical Receptionist/ Administratorto join a very busy specialist medical practice, centrally located in Orange NSW. This is a development position, and we are keen to hire a dynamic,fast paced and intrinsically motivated candidate. Senior team members will provide specialist in house training.

What you must bring to the role is ability to cope under pressure, be able to deal with constant and rapid change to meet the needs of the patient group. This role is simply not for the someone seeking a cruisy admin position.

We are a single Doctor medical specialist practice servicing a significant geographical footprint of inland NSW. It is essential you will flourish in a fact paced workplace, you are a greatcollaborativeteammemberand reliable in nature.No two days are the same and some are more hectic and challenging than others, so resilience is key.

You need to be patient focused, empathic, highly responsible to deal with sensitive mattersand committed to confidentiality.



You must enjoy working with patients, be flexible and deal exceptionally well with daily changes of appointments.

You will be trained to competently and independently complete tasks such as:

- Data management within theMedilink medical practicesoftware system
- Liaising with hospital administration and patients
- Filing of records
- Running the patient calendar
- Ensuring patient follow up care is arranged
- Ensuring the smooth running of patient appointments, patient care and admin systems.
