An exciting opportunity is available for an experiencedProduct Owner to join a high-performing digital commerce teamon an initial 3-month contract. This role sits at the centre of several business-critical initiatives, supporting customer-facing platforms including CRM systems, website product catalogues, and the underlying technology integrations that enable seamless customer experiences.

You’ll be joining a fast-moving team where the ability to quickly understand the environment and contribute from day one is highly valued. Working across three to four concurrent projects, you’ll provide structure, leadership, and delivery oversight while ensuring stakeholders remain aligned to key objectives and outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong projectdelivery capability with product ownership experience and is comfortable operating across both business and technology teams.

This is: what you’ll do

- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent digital and technology initiatives
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within scope
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities and outcomes
- Drive alignment across project teams, vendors, and key stakeholders




- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support effective delivery practices
- Manage product backlogs and help prioritise work based on business value
- Coordinate CRM, website, and integration-related project activities
- Provide clear communication, status updates, and escalation management
- Support continuous improvement across project delivery and product processes

This is: what you’ll need

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or hybrid delivery professional
- Strong experience within CRM and website-powered environments
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and related delivery tools
- Ability to quickly understand complex environments with minimal onboarding
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across business and technology teams
