We've partnered with an award-winning residential builder who are seeking an experienced Knockdown-Rebuild Construction Supervisor in Melbourne’s South East. The Role

This position will see you managing approximately 10 concurrent home builds across Melbourne’s South East corridor. Reporting to an experienced Construction Manager, you will take ownership of programme delivery, quality, safety, trade coordination and site presentation.

Responsibilities

- Manage a run of approximately 10 Double-Storey Knockdown-Rebuild homes.
- Drive build programmes to achieve cycle time, handover and quality targets.




- Coordinate trades and suppliers to maintain site efficiency and minimise downtime.
- Monitor build costs and help reduce the frequency and value of construction-related variations and extras.
- Complete quality assurance inspections and stage-specific checklists to maintain high standards.
- Maintain safe, clean and compliant sites in line with OH&S; requirements.
- Work closely with internal departments and leadership to support a robust client experience.

What You Will Bring

- At least 5 years’ experience in a Construction Supervisor role within residential construction.
- Experience in knockdown rebuild projects
- Trade-based or carpentry background preferred, with practical building knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, engineering plans and specifications.
- Confidence using construction management software such as Framework or similar.
- Full-time availability for on-site coverage Monday to Friday.
