Looking for a maintenance role that gives you consistency, variety and flexibility?

Modus Projects is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Handyman to join our team across two dedicated commercial sites in Sunshine West and Tullamarine.

With versatile 3-day or 5-day options, this role is ideal for someone who wants the stability of allocated sites while still having the opportunity to work across a broader Facilities Maintenance portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preventative and reactive maintenance across allocated commercial sites
- General carpentry, repairs and handyman works
- Site inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
- Repairs to fixtures, fittings and general building elements
- Minor patching and building maintenance
- Responding to site requests and completing work orders
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation
- Working independently while being supported by our Head Office team




- Using a phone and tablet to manage work orders and maintenance records

What We're Looking For

- Relevant Carpentry, Building or similar trade qualification
- Commercial maintenance experience highly regarded
- Strong general carpentry and handyman skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of allocated sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for work orders
- Additional trade tickets or certifications are an advantage
- Ability to successfully complete required police check and medical
