Field Technician | PC/Laptop break-fix Brisbane | Onsite

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join a major technology client of ours supporting a range of commercial customers across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

This is a predominantly hardware break-fix role, focused on diagnosing, repairing and maintaining desktop PCs, laptops and related hardware. While a working knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic software troubleshooting is required, the primary focus of this position is hands‑on hardware diagnostics and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair desktop PCs, laptops and peripheral hardware.
- Perform component-level replacements
- Conduct hardware troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Differentiate between hardware and software-related issues to ensure accurate repairs.




- Collaborate with team members to discuss technical issues and share knowledge.
- Maintain a qualified and customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Key Skills:

- 2+ years' experience in a hardware support, field service or break-fix environment.
- Experience supporting HP, Dell, Lenovo or similar enterprise hardware.
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing laptops and desktop computers.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic software troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware diagnostics, component replacement and root cause analysis.
- Full Australian Driver's Licence.
