Construction Disputes Lawyer | Associate to Special Counsel

Our client is a leading national law firm with a highly regarded Construction and Infrastructure practice. An opportunity has arisen for an experiencedconstruction disputes lawyer with 4+ years' PAE through to Special Counsel levelto join its Brisbane team.

The team acts on major construction, engineering and infrastructure projects and advises a sophisticated client base across complex disputes. You will work alongside highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers on significant matters, with the opportunity to take a key role in the management and strategy of disputes.

The work will include complex construction litigation, adjudications, contractual disputes, delay and disruption claims, defects matters and other disputes arising across major projects.

About You

You will have aminimum of 3 years' post-admission experiencegained in construction disputes, commercial litigation with significant construction exposure, or a related disputes practice.

You will ideally have:





- 3 + years' PAE through to Special Counsel level
- Strong construction disputes and litigation experience
- Experience managing complex matters with increasing autonomy
- Strong drafting, technical and client management skills
- A commercial approach and ability to work closely with clients
- An interest in continuing to develop your profile within the construction sector
- More senior candidates will have the opportunity to take a leading role on matters, work directly with key clients and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
