About the role

Join an established and highly successful residential buyer’s agency as it expands into the commercial property market. You will acquire commercial, retail and industrial assets for investors, developers and owner occupiers, while receiving direct mentoring from the Director to build and grow a successful career as a commercial buyer’s agent.

- Source quality commercial, retail and industrial property
- Guide clients with market insights and purchasing advice
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on every acquisition
- Manage negotiations and contract terms
- Networking and build relationships to access client leads and property
- Take buyer briefs and nurture through to exchange and settlement

Experience required

- Commercial sales or leasing experience
- OR buyer’s agent experience with commercial knowledge
- Current NSW real estate license
- Current driver’s license and reliable car
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong networker who can build referral relationships
