Cotton On is looking for a store leadership role in Current South Wales, focused on developing a high-performing team and delivering excellent customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store performance, schedule effectively, and manage wage targets while upholding the Cotton On values.
You will also participate in community impact through the Cotton On Group Foundation, supporting projects around the world and promoting our brand across multiple channels.
