Westhaven is seeking a dedicated Caseworker in Bathurst for a 6 month fixed-term contract to support and advocate for Children and Young People living with significant disability to live life the way they choose.
As a Caseworker you will coordinate casework responsibilities for children and young people within Westhaven, participate in a Therapeutic Care Team, and ensure Case Plans are developed and implemented timely while maintaining records using client management databases and Google Suite.
